The delivery will be hand-delivered to the Buyer's address specified above, through the contracted cargo company. Even if the buyer is not present at the time of delivery, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely. For this reason, any damage caused by the buyer's late delivery of the product and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and/or the return of the cargo to the SELLER belong to the BUYER.
The shipping cost of the products belongs to the seller company.
THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY:
All information and promises presented to the BUYER regarding the product or service in this form are valid until the changes and publication of the product information, and after this day, the Seller is warned that they are not bound by the information and promises given in this form.
AGREEMENT PERIOD:
The distance contract will end after the product in this form is delivered to the BUYER.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL BUYER,
He has the right to withdraw by refusing financially within 15 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 10 days from the date of the consumer's notification of withdrawal to the seller. (See Regulation on Distance Contracts, article 9/2).
We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the financial or service within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods or the signing of the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and to receive the financial back from the date of the withdrawal notification to the seller or the provider.
In accordance with the general communiqué of the tax procedure law no. 395, in order for the refund to be processed, the relevant sections of the invoice that we have sent to you, which has a return section, must be filled in completely and returned to us together with the product after it has been signed.
The BUYER can forward his requests and complaints to the SELLER contact information above.
The BUYER's complaints and objections can be made to the arbitral tribunal or to the consumer court, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry every year in December, for consumer problems in the place where the BUYER purchases the goods or services or where he resides.
The information specified in this Preliminary Information Form is provided for commercial purposes in accordance with the distance communication tools used and in a way to protect minors and adults who lack the power to discriminate or have limited power within the framework of good faith principles.
After this Preliminary Information Form is read and accepted by the BUYER in electronic environment, the stage of establishing a Distance Sales Contract will begin.

ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1- The BUYER declares that he has read the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the website of the SELLER with the domain name https://www.yaseminkaragulle.com and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.
4.2- The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated for each product within 7 days at the latest from the date of order, provided that the legal 15-day period is not exceeded.
4-2-1- The purchased product is delivered to the courier company to be delivered to the BUYER by the SELLER within 7 to 10 days, regardless of the supply/production times.
4.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in a sound, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5- For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to the SELLER and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- In case the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the product price to the SELLER due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, not due to the BUYER's fault, provided that the BUYER has delivered the product. It must be sent to the SELLER within 3 days.
4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract in due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing transportation, interruption of transportation, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with its precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the obstacle is removed. In case the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him in cash and in full within 10 days.
4.8- In case the received product is defective, it can be sent to the SELLER to be replaced with a new one, in which case the shipping expenses will be covered by the SELLER.
4.9- This contract becomes valid after it is signed by the BUYER and sent to the SELLER by fax or mail.
4.10- All our commitments, including the price for the ordered product, are valid until the product is changed on the site or the product is removed from the site.
ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL BUYER,
He has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the contracted product to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not be from the products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. If there is a decrease in the value of the product to be returned by using the right of withdrawal of the BUYER, or if the return is impossible due to its own defect, the BUYER must compensate the value or decrease in the value of the goods.
In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a sample of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product has been used, the packaging is damaged or opened by the consumer.
ARTICLE 7- GENERAL PROVISIONS
Persons under the age of 18 cannot make purchases from the SELLER.
ARTICLE 8- AUTHORIZED COURT
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the settlement of the buyer or the seller and the Consumer Courts in the settlement of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In case the order is fulfilled, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
